This post is a part of Advent of Code 2020 with JavaScript Series
- Advent of Code is over, here’s what I thought
- Advent of Code, Day 11
- Advent of Code, others to check out
- Advent of Code, Day 2
- Advent of Code, Day 3
I’ve been having a fun time going through Advent of Code this year, my first year! I was able to get a small group of fellow geeks at Slalom to do these along with me. These people are SO much smarter than I am.
They’ve all joined my leaderboard, and we have a healthy competition running in Slack.
Check out their examples; follow them on their GitHub repos!
- Christy, hardcore Java
- Connor, lambda functions are fun
- Josh, write-only javascript
- Karl, refreshing all the languages I know, and pick up one or 2
- Matt, Javascript because weakly typed is best for such puzzles
- Santosh, desperate 11th hour Python
Of course, you’ve seen mine a few times already. I’m grateful for this group, and for the greater community. There are LOADS more on the AoC subreddit. It’s awesome to collaborate and share knowledge with a wide diverse group of people.
